Iconic is the right word to describe the Paulistano chair. Designed in 1957 by Paulo Mendes da Rocha. The chair is available in an indoor and outdoor version. The seat is made from leather or cotton and the frame from steel. Besides its aesthetic features, the chair is very comfortable. The MoMa in New York has taken up the chair in its permanent collection.
